Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited is seeking a proactive Manufacturing Accountant to join the Finance team and support global COO Operations. The role focuses on financial accuracy, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management across manufacturing processes.

You will drive ERP projects, collaborate with supply chain, finance and manufacturing teams, and contribute to continuous improvement to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: CA, CPA or CIMA.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Experience in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• ERP and data analysis skills; SAP and PowerBI are a bonus.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and costing models.
• Continuous improvement mindset and change leadership.
• Clear communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and inventory management.
• Analyze cost structures and drive operational decisions across supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Lead ERP projects and continuous improvement initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive Manufacturing Accountant to join our Finance team, supporting our global COO Operations. This is a key role, driving financial accuracy and providing critical insights to improve our manufacturing processes, cost structures, and operational decisions.

You’ll work across financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management while collaborating with teams across supply chain, finance, and manufacturing operations.

You’ll also play a key role in ERP projects and continuous improvement initiatives, helping us ensure compliance, efficiency, and excellence in all we do.

The Fit

You’re a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong foundation in manufacturing accounting and a passion for turning numbers into strategy. You’re confident working independently, juggling multiple priorities, and building strong relationships across teams.

We’re looking for someone with:

• CA, CPA, or CIMA qualification
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Experience in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong ERP and data analysis skills - SAP and PowerBI experience a bonus
• An understanding of manufacturing processes and costing models
• A continuous improvement mindset and ability to lead change
• Clear, confident communication skills - both written and verbal
