Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited is hiring for multiple fixed-term production roles in Hamilton, New Zealand. The position involves assembling, testing and packing world-class products designed and manufactured locally, with shifts across day, afternoon and night.

You will be part of a lean, continuous-improvement culture and work in a team that values accuracy and safety. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual and able to handle repetitive tasks with good dexterity and strong communication.

Due to an increase in demand, we currently have multiple fixed-term roles available, on our day, afternoon, and night shifts. Shift times vary depending on department but are approximately;

6:30am to 3:00pm for days

2:45pm to 11:15pm for afternoons

11:00pm - 7:00am for nights.

Responsibilities will include:

• Following written job instructions completely and accurately

• Working to daily and weekly production targets

• Working closely with your team to maintain smooth operations

• Continuous improvement, look for ways to enhance our processes

• Following our Health and Safety policies to keep everyone safe

The Fit

We’re looking for a true team player with a respectful and positive attitude, who is ready to learn. You will also need:

• To be reliable and punctual

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Be physically fit and able to be on your feet for full shifts

• Ability to concentrate and perform repetitive tasks accurately

• Good dexterity for handling small parts and tools

To be eligible, you must be a New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work visa. This role also requires a pre-employment health check and drug screening.
