Gallagher is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor in Hamilton, NZ. You will lead the Final Assembly team, drive safety, quality, delivery, and people performance, and coordinate resources to meet customer demand.

You will develop team capability, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility. This frontline leadership role offers growth and impact.

• Experience in a manufacturing, production or operational environment in a Supervisory or Team Leader role.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships across the business.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools, production systems, and manufacturing-performance metrics is desirable.
• Has experience or a strong interest in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and waste reduction principles.
• Is a practical problem solver who can make sound decisions under pressure.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our Final Assembly team and drive safety, quality, delivery, and people performance across our manufacturing operation including eShepeard assembly. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll coordinate people, resources, training priorities, and production activities to ensure customer demand is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a pivotal role in developing team capability, driving continuous improvement, and creating a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.
