We're looking for an experienced organisational development leader who can connect strategic thinking with practical delivery.
You’ll influence senior leaders and lead an organisational development programme that directly supports the Ministry’s priorities. Over the next year you’ll lead a team to strengthen the Ministry’s approach to leadership, embed coaching and development in everyday work, and enhance employee experience. You’ll help shape our emerging talent work and take the lead on the development of our People Strategy, setting a clear direction for how the Ministry leads, develops and supports its people.
Reporting to the Director Culture and Capability, you’ll lead a team of four and contribute as a member of the Culture and Capability management team. You’ll build trusted relationships across People Experience and with senior leaders, helping translate organisational priorities into tangible action.
Your work will help build the organisational capability needed to deliver a justice system that better serves all New Zealanders.

The salary band for this role is $149,972 - $206,570 with the appointing salary for this role likely to be between $148,972 and $192,782, based on skills and experience.
