Job summary

NZ Ministry of Justice in Wellington Central is seeking a Manager Organisation Design – People Experience to lead the Ministry's organisational design function and shape the future of the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders, drive enterprise-wide design initiatives, and champion people-centered change while developing a high-performing team of specialists.

Lead the Ministry's organisational design function and help shape the future of our organisation. This is an opportunity to provide enterprise-wide organisational design expertise, influencing how we structure, grow and adapt to meet future challenges. Partner with senior leaders across the Ministry, lead complex change initiatives, and champion people-centred change while developing a high-performing team of organisational design specialists.

The remuneration band for this role is $149,972 to $206,570 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
