Working closely with applicants and academic schools, you will deliver a high-quality, student-centred experience through one-to-one engagement, telephone outreach, and digital communications. You will assess applications against entry requirements, provide clear and timely guidance, and help applicants explore alternative study options where needed, ensuring they are well informed and supported in their decision-making.
