You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure that strategic objectives are met through effective project management, change leadership, and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define and operationalize strategic initiatives.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, including roadmaps, timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
• Manage the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new strategies and processes.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure implementation success and business impact.
• Provide coaching and support to client teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior client leadership.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, project management, or strategic implementation roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong understanding of strategy formulation, business planning, and operational execution.
• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Superior communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating strong self-discipline and organizational skills.
• Experience working with organizations in the Eastern Cape or a willingness to travel periodically to locations like Queenstown is a plus.
