Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited in Auckland is seeking an RV Technician for our Rentals team. The role focuses on inspecting and repairing RVs, conducting pre-hire checks, and maintaining cleanliness and readiness to deliver memorable adventures to customers.

You’ll join a dynamic, supportive team with opportunities for training and development, and a rotating 4 days on/10 hours per day roster that includes weekends and late shifts. A restricted license is required, and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an RV technician or similar trade is valued, but not essential.
• A restricted driver’s license (minimum requirement).
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays, on a rotating roster of 4 days on for 10 hours per day including weekends and late shifts 12pm-10:30pm.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair RVs to ensure they meet high standards—keeping our rental guests safe and comfortable.
• Carry out pre-hire checks, interior and basic mechanical repairs, and ensure vehicles are spotless and ready for adventure.
• Support the team with stocktakes, vehicle deliveries, and customer check-in/check-out.
• Assist with on-road issues and data entry and actively participate in Health and Safety processes.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and help exceed operational goals.

Are you passionate about automotive mechanics and eager to work in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a dedicated RV Technician’s to join our Auckland Rentals team in New Zealand on a fixed term, full-time basis.
