Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) is seeking an RV Technician to join the Auckland Rentals team on a fixed-term, full-time basis in New Zealand. You will inspect and repair RVs, perform pre-hire checks and interior/service maintenance, and ensure vehicles are ready for guests.

We value attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work flexibly on a rotating 4-on/10-hour schedule that includes weekends and late shifts. Join a dynamic team delivering memorable travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as RV technician or similar trade preferred but not essential.
• Restricted driver’s license is required.
• Strong attention to detail; willingness to learn; adaptability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, rotating roster of 4 days on 10 hours per day including weekends and late shifts 12pm-10:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair RVs to meet high standards—keeping our rental guests safe and comfortable.
• Carry out pre-hire checks, interior and basic mechanical repairs, and ensure all vehicles are spotless and ready for adventure.
• Support the team with stocktakes, vehicle deliveries, and customer check-in/check-out.
• Assist with on-road issues and data entry; actively participate in our Health and Safety system.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and help us exceed operational goals.

• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays, to work a rotating roster of 4 days on for 10 hours per day consisting of weekends and late shifts 12pm-10:30pm.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality.
