Fulton Hogan Ltd in Invercargill is seeking a Minor Works & Spraying Manager to establish and lead a new Southland department. You will recruit, mentor and manage a high-performing team delivering spraying operations and small project works, while building systems and processes.

The role blends people leadership with operational delivery, client relationships and commercial accountability. You will manage budgets, quoting and risk, drive safety and quality, and identify opportunities to grow the
