Responsibilities

• Coordinate work orders from initial request through invoicing and closure.
• Schedule and dispatch the right trade based on location, skills, availability, and customer needs.
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and set expectations.
• Monitor progress and ensure jobs are completed within timeframes.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, follow through on actions.
• Manage customer complaints and work with the team on solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems with job and customer data.
• Produce reports and assist with administration and data management tasks.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve service delivery.
