Pact Packaging Hamilton is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance function, driving a shift from reactive to preventative and predictive maintenance to support operational performance.

You will develop strategies, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing team, partnering with production to ensure safety, reliability, and cost efficiency across plant and utilities.

Formación

• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing or FMCG settings.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a safe, compliant maintenance function aligned with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to maximise asset reliability.
• Drive reliability improvements, reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Manage budgeting, procurement, contractor management, and spares.
