Job summary

Kiwibank is seeking a Main Bank Customer Growth Lead to drive customer acquisition, activation and retention through innovative, market-leading initiatives. You will own the growth roadmap, identify opportunities across target segments and build strategic partnerships to strengthen our Everyday Banking propositions.

You will measure impact using customer and market insights, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable customer and commercial results.

As our Main Bank Customer Growth Lead, you'll drive Kiwibank's overall main bank growth by developing and delivering innovative, market-leading initiatives that improve customer acquisition, activation and retention.

You'll lead the evolution of how we influence more customers to choose Kiwibank as their main bank. Taking end-to-end ownership of solutions, you'll shape and execute the customer growth roadmap, identify opportunities across target customer segments and build strategic commercial partnerships aligned with our purpose.

Using customer, product, market and sales insights, you'll measure the impact of initiatives, strengthen our Everyday Banking propositions and continually improve the experience of joining, opening and activating products with Kiwibank. This is an accountable, outcome-focused role where you'll align internal and external stakeholders to turn opportunities into measurable customer and commercial results.

• A proven track record in owning customer segments and applying acquisition levers, including targeting and conversion optimisation
• A data-led mindset, with the ability to prioritise resources and decisions around measurable customer and commercial outcomes
• Demonstrable expertise in leading and delivering change that improves acquisition, engagement and retention
• Depth of understanding in analysis such as customer behaviour and segment profiling, product performance, financial modelling, pricing or scenario modelling
• Strong relationship management skills, with confidence building commercial partnerships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Clear written, visual and verbal communication, paired with structured planning and the ability to adapt when facing unfamiliar challenges
