We're looking for a skilled Machine & Production Operator with hands-on form-fill-seal experience and strong mechanical aptitude to manage our filling equipment, complete changeovers and keep both production lines running smoothly.

Machine Operation: Set up, run, monitor, and shut down Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machinery and conveyors safely across two production lines.
Changeovers & Adjustments: Perform efficient product and pack-size changeovers, set parameters, and tune machine settings.
First-Line Maintenance: Use your practical mechanical skills for routine checks, basic fixes, lubrication, and tool-based adjustments.
Quality Assurance: Monitor fill weights, seals, batch coding, and output standards to maintain high product quality.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose machine issues early, handle quick fixes, and clearly report complex faults to engineering.
Proven experience operating FFS machinery or similar automated packaging lines.
Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools safely (no formal engineering degree required).
Practical problem-solving skills with a strict focus on safety and product quality.
High attention to detail regarding machine settings, weight checks, and record-keeping.
Food or beverage manufacturing experience is a bonus, but strong technical packaging experience in other sectors is welcome.
