Job summary

Fillpak Limited is seeking experienced Food Packing Machine Operators to join our production team in Henderson. You will set up, operate, monitor and maintain packaging machinery across day and afternoon shifts, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating food packaging machinery.
• Experience with rotary pouch, form-fill-seal and related packaging equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Strong Health & Safety understanding.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Fillpak Limited is a trusted food manufacturing and packaging company based in Henderson. We are looking for experienced Food Packing Machine Operators to join our production team.

We currently have vacancies on both

• Day Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday
• Afternoon Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday

About the role

You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining food packaging machinery to ensure production runs efficiently while meeting quality and food safety standards.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating food packaging machinery
• Experience with machinery such as:
  • Rotary pouch machines
  • Form-fill-seal (FFS) machines
  • Multi-head weighers
  • Auger fillers
  • Check-weighers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
• A strong understanding of Health & Safety practices
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
