BONZ is seeking an experienced, commercially driven luxury retail leader to oversee two NZ stores and drive performance from the Auckland Airport floor, while handling regional management duties. You will recruit, train, and motivate teams, manage rosters and KPIs, coordinate with our Invercargill factory, and report to senior management with clear, proactive communication.

A passion for luxury products, immaculate presentation, and hands-on leadership from the shop floor are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in luxury or premium fashion.
• Proven track record of leading multi-site teams and high sales performance.
• Strong frontline selling skills with customer-centric approach.
• Experience with rostering, KPI monitoring, and staff development.

Responsabilités

• Lead two NZ stores from Auckland Airport floor with regional duties.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise store teams; manage rosters and KPIs.
• Coordinate communication between stores and Invercargill manufacturing facility; report to senior management.
