Job summary

Mons Royale Ltd seeks a Retail Manager to lead our two Queenstown locations—the brand store and outlet—and drive sales, customer experience, and team performance. You will work with the National Retail Manager and global teams to deliver a customer-first culture and grow the Mons Royale presence in NZ.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, manage store operations, training, and local activations, while upholding sustainability values and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail leadership and multi-site management.
• Track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.
• Strong customer service orientation and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across two Queenstown locations.
• Drive sales, manage store operations, stock, pricing, cash handling and security.
• Deliver outstanding in-store experiences aligned with Mons Royale brand values.
• Coordinate local activations, events and partnerships to build community.
• Provide in-store training to grow product knowledge and sales confidence.
• Ensure stores are compliant, safe, and aligned with company standards.
• Act as the link between stores and HQ sharing insights and opportunities.
