Job summary

Programmed GO in New Zealand is seeking a Class 2 Driver to join our LPG delivery team in Wiri. You will deliver gas bottles, interact with customers, and uphold strict safety protocols in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.

Training and development opportunities are provided, with potential for 40 hours per week. Forklift license and Dangerous Goods endorsement are advantageous, with company support to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Clean MOJ
• Class 2 driver license
• 2+ years experience driving Class 2 or higher in NZ
• Physically demanding role
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently or in a team
• Forklift license and DG endorsement are advantageous and can be obtained with company assistance
• Health and safety focus due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Reliable transport to and from work

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver to join their tight-knit team in Wiri.

About the Role:

• Delivering gas bottles to customer sites
• Interacting with customers
• Conducting stock takes and compliance checks
• Load and unload gas bottles, always ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

You Will Need:

• Clean MOJ
• A clean Class 2 driver's license
• At least 2 years' experience driving a Class 2 or higher vehicle in New Zealand
• Physical fitness (the role is physically demanding)
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and follow instructions
• A forklift license and Dangerous Goods endorsement (these are advantageous, but the company will assist you in obtaining them if you don't already have them)
