Job summary

Persol is recruiting a Class 2 Driver for an LPG delivery role in Silverdale. You will deliver gas bottles to customer sites, interact with clients, and perform stock checks while maintaining strict safety practices.

The position involves loading/unloading gas bottles, following safety protocols, and potential for training and development within a reputable LPG supplier. Applicants should have NZ Class 2 license and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Valid NZ Class 2 driver’s license.
• At least 2 years’ experience driving Class 2 or larger vehicles in NZ.
• Physically fit for a demanding role.
• MOJ clearance (clean).
• Forklift license and Dangerous Goods endorsement are a plus and the company will assist you if you don’t have them.
• Strong safety focus due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver gas bottles to customer sites and interact with customers.
• Conduct stock takes and compliance checks.
• Load and unload gas bottles while following safety protocols.

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver to join their tight-knit team in Silverdale.

About The Role

• Delivering gas bottles to customer sites
• Interacting with customers

You Will Need

• A clean Class 2 driver's license
• At least 2 years' experience driving a Class 2 or higher vehicle in New Zealand
• Physical fitness (the role is physically demanding)
• Clean MOJ!
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and follow instructions
