Job summary

Rothoblaas New Zealand Limited is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Operator in Auckland, operating from 4 Nandina Avenue, East Tamaki. The role runs 08:00–17:00, full-time, and requires practical warehouse experience.

You will receive, inspect, store, and record goods in the ERP system, prepare outgoing orders, support shipments and invoicing, and collaborate with the sales team to optimize stock and costs in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of administrative processes in a modern company.
• Experience using MS Office and ERP – WMS systems.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be flexible.
• Forklift license.
• Based in Auckland.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming and returned goods and record them in the ERP system.
• Prepare and pack outgoing orders.
• Support orders and shipments, invoices, payments and reimbursements.
• Work closely with internal colleagues and the sales team.
• Perform logistics operations, manage and optimize stock allocation, pallet storage and costs according to company guidelines.

• A forklift license
