Job summary

Rothoblaas is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Operator in Auckland. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and storing goods, recording in ERP, packing outgoing orders, and supporting shipments and invoices. You will coordinate with colleagues and the sales team to optimize stock usage and costs.

Responsibilities

IF YOU HAVE:

• Good experience in logistics & warehouse operations
• Knowledge of administrative processes in a modern company
• Pr evious experience using MS Office programs and ERP – WMS systems
  
• The ability to work independently, display initiative and a flexible attitude
• A forklift license
• Based in Auckland

IF YOU WANT TO:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming and returned goods and record them in the ERP system
• Prepare and pack outgoing orders
• Support orders and shipments, invoices, payments and reimbursements
• Work closely and coordinate activities with internal colleagues and the sales team
• Perform logistics operations, manage and optimize stock allocation, pallet storage and costs according to company guidelines
