Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage client files and loan application documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and third-party providers.
• Support Financial Advisers in the end-to-end loan application process.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company procedures.
