Responsibilities

• Preparing loan applications to a submit-ready standard for Advisers.
• Gathering and verifying customer information (identity, income, expenses, liabilities, purpose, security).
• Obtaining and reviewing credit information and bank statements.
• Completing loan documentation correctly and presenting files in lender formats.
• Answering inbound calls for Advisers and resolving on the call where possible; callbacks when needed.
• Recording and handing over callback commitments, ensuring they are met.
• Returning every unanswered call the same day.
• Chasing outstanding documents and lender conditions on approved deals; no paperwork left waiting.
• Maintaining complete, accurate and timely records in our CRM; clear deal history.
• Supporting all Advisers across the office when workload allows.
