Job summary

Kiwi Collective urgently seeks a capable Store Manager to oversee a Panmure liquor store. You will manage daily operations, set product ranges, and lead purchasing, pricing, and stock control. The role emphasizes customer service, staff Rostering and training, and compliance with licensing and safety standards.

You will coordinate sales promotions, budgets and costs, while guiding a team to meet targets. English plus Mandarin helpful, and evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail/management experience.
• Must hold LCQ or be eligible to obtain one.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work in a busy retail environment.
• Available for rostered shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store.
• Determine product range, stock levels and customer service standards.
• Plan and implement sales, marketing and promotional activities.
• Recruit, train, supervise and manage staff.
• Monitor sales performance and store operations for smooth delivery.
