Rodney College is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Learning Support Teacher, ideally with a primary school teaching background, to join us for the 2027 school year. An earlier start in Term 3 or Term 4 of 2026 may be available by negotiation, and the role may be either full-time or part-time.
This role would suit someone who believes every student can succeed and enjoys working alongside students with a diverse range of learning needs. You'll support individual students and small groups, contribute to Individual Learning Plans, work closely with classroom teachers and HODs, and help remove barriers to learning so every student can achieve success.
The Learning Support team is experienced and well-established; you will work alongside an outstanding SENCO who values collaboration, professional growth and practical solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced learning support or classroom teacher looking to move into this rewarding area of education.
