Job summary

West Gore School seeks an experienced Certificated teacher to provide LSC support across four schools in the Eastern Southland Cluster. The role focuses on coordinating programmes and interventions to ensure every learner's success, working with principals, teachers and whānau.

Candidates should have strong curriculum knowledge and skills in building systems to support learners with diverse needs. Terms and conditions are set out in the relevant collective agreement.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate educator with strong relationship skills to work with our LSC in providing LSC support for our four schools in our Eastern Southland Cluster.

Withing these schools, the successful applicant will work alongside principals, teachers, support staff, whānau and support agencies in coordinating programmes and interventions that enable every learner to have success in their learning.

The successful applicant will need to have a strong knowledge of the curriculum and skills in building systems, processes and initiatives to ensure students with specific learning and behavioural needs are well supported. This will further strengthen our inclusive practices and support equitable outcomes for all students.
