Job summary

IAG is seeking a Learning Designer to craft engaging learning experiences and deliver high-quality solutions across topics including insurance, risk, AI and leadership. You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to turn complex information into simple, impactful learning, using Articulate 360 and SharePoint, while applying human-centred design and measurement practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing digital learning solutions.
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Ability to partner with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Comfort with learning technologies and analytics.
• Interest in AI and emerging learning tech.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, high-quality learning experiences across topics.
• Collaborate with SMEs to transform complex information into learning solutions.
• Apply human-centred design to improve learning experiences.
• Design and build digital learning using Articulate 360, SharePoint and related tech.
• Manage multiple priorities while delivering quality learning solutions.
• Explore AI and emerging tech to enhance learning design and delivery.
• Contribute to BAU and new learning projects across IAG.
