Job summary

IHC New Zealand is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to help build a capable, confident and future-ready workforce by delivering engaging learning experiences across onboarding and capability programmes. You will create inclusive environments where people can grow, apply new skills and provide safe, high-quality, person-centred support.

You’ll travel regularly to support teams across the Lower North Island, delivering onboarding, coaching learners and adapting facilitation for diverse

Qualifications

Experience facilitating workplace learning or capability development programmes.
Sound knowledge of adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.
Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building and organisational skills.
A full New Zealand driver licence and the ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging learning, onboarding and capability programmes.
Coach learners to build confidence and apply new skills in the workplace.
Adapt your facilitation approach for diverse learners and operational settings.
