Job summary

Qualifications

Strong structural engineering experience with seismic design expertise across multiple project types.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality structural design solutions and manage competing project demands.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex structural engineering projects from concept through to completion.
Provide technical direction across a broad range of structural design work.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across Auckland market.
Contribute to repeat business and growth of Holmes in Auckland.
Take ownership of project outcomes including quality, programme and commercial performance.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients and partners to solve challenging problems.
Mentor and support developing engineers to build team capability.
