What you'll do

What you'll bring

You will bring strong structural engineering experience, including seismic design experience, across a range of project types, along with the technical judgement and commercial awareness needed to lead projects successfully. You will have proven experience delivering high-quality structural design solutions, managing competing project demands, and building trusted relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.

You will be confident operating in a client-facing role and comfortable leading both technical delivery and project conversations. You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, while also taking initiative and ownership in your work. Experience mentoring or leading engineers will be important, as will a genuine interest in contributing to the success and growth of the Auckland team.
