Qualifications

• Lead a phase 2 class - creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Teach across all curriculum areas with emphasis on Maths and English in line with NZ Curriculum (NZC).
• Use explicit instruction to engage students and ensure clarity in learning and active participation.
• Plan effectively and use assessment to inform teaching and support continuous improvement.
• Implement local curriculum design contributing to the school’s INFINITE journey.
• Foster student leadership and motivate students to take ownership of their learning.
• Maintain high classroom management skills with a respectful, structured environment.
