Your role
Lead a phase 2 class - creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Teach across all curriculum areas, with a focus on Maths and English, in line with the refreshed New Zealand Curriculum (NZC).
Use explicit instruction to engage students and ensure clarity in learning and active participation.
Plan effectively and use assessment to inform teaching and support continuous improvement.
Implement our local curriculum design, contributing to our whole-school INFINITE journey.
Foster student leadership and motivate students to take ownership of their learning.
Maintain high classroom management skills, ensuring a respectful and structured environment.
