Job summary

Diocesan School For Girls in Auckland seeks an inspiring Teacher in Charge of French to lead our French programme across Years 7–13 in a full-time, permanent role. You will shape student learning in a supportive, well-resourced environment where ideas are valued and wellbeing comes first.

The successful candidate will be fluent in French, passionate about inspiring learners, and comfortable teaching across key stages, with NZ Curriculum knowledge; IB Diploma Programme and IB MYP familiarity is

Qualifications

• Fluency in French.
• Passion for inspiring learners and helping every student reach their potential.
• Ability to teach French across Years 7–13 with familiarity with the NZ Curriculum; knowledge of IB Diploma Programme and IB MYP would be an advantage.
• Leadership and organisational skills to drive a thriving French programme.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
