Qualifications

• Experience managing road construction or civil infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multiple operations while delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget.
• Strong commercial capability, including experience pricing and managing projects valued at $10M+.
• Leadership skills that enable you to build capable, engaged, and high-performing teams.
• A practical approach to health and safety, with a genuine belief that every incident can be prevented.

Responsibilities

• Manage road construction projects through all stages of delivery, from planning and programming to handover.
• Coordinate multiple construction operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, programme performance, and commercial outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Lead and support project teams, providing direction, coaching, and clear expectations.
• Promote a strong health, safety, quality, and environmental culture where every incident is considered preventable.
