- Proven expertise in high voltage systems, motor control and industrial electrical equipment; strong safety knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, repair and installation of electrical systems and equipment in a mining environment.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for electrical machinery including conveyors, ventilation systems, and crushing plants.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with mining health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage electrical projects from conception to completion.
- Supervise a team of electricians and technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
