Mitre 10 in Invercargill seeks a Lead Designer for the Showroom Design Team. You will combine design expertise with leadership to drive customer-focused outcomes, coordinate workflow, and deliver accurate quotations and designs across Kitchens & Bathrooms, Paint, and Electrical categories.

You will coach and develop designers, maintain high design standards, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys and strong showroom performance.

About the Role

Our Design Team forms part of thewider Showroom area, supporting customers across Kitchens & Bathrooms,Paint, and Electrical, Lighting, Flooring & Storage.

As Lead Designer, you'll combineyour design expertise with leadership, driving exceptional customerexperiences, quality design outcomes, and showroom sales growth. You'llcoordinate workflow across the Design Team, support and develop team members,and ensure designs and quotations are delivered accurately, efficiently, andwith clear communication throughout the customer journey.
