Taupō District Council is creating a Business Improvement Team to help the council work smarter, harness data and technology, and deliver better outcomes for communities.

Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager, you will lead a growing team of specialists—Data Analysts, BI Analysts, GIS capability and emerging AI resources—and shape priorities, governance and benefits realisation for years to come.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, BI, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Ability to mentor specialists and influence across organisational boundaries.
