George Weston Foods (NZ) Limited is seeking a Production Team Leader for the Bun & Roll Wrapping team at the Wiri Bakery. You will lead a hands-on team to deliver safe, high-quality products while upholding our safety and food safety standards and production procedures.

You will drive training, coach performance, and coordinate shifts to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the “Most Trusted Brand” commitments.

Formación

• Demonstrates leadership experience in manufacturing/production.
• Ability to coach and develop others on the job.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and coach team members, including on-the-job training.
• Ensure processes are followed and quality specs met.
• Champion health, safety and food safety standards; perform quality checks.
• Oversee weekly safety walks and line checks.
• Build capability and sustain productivity toward brand commitments.
