CITY PRODUCE LIMITED in Auckland is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. This full-time role based in Auckland requires strong leadership, food-safety knowledge and the ability to manage a busy production team.

The position includes 40+ hours per week, with shift work possible, and a pay rate of NZD 30–38 per hour depending on experience. Applicants should have 2–3 years in food processing and a Level 4 or higher qualification in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and targets are met.
• Monitor production processes for food safety compliance (HACCP and regulations).
• Lead and train production workers, including rostering and performance management.
• Ensure optimal use of raw materials, machinery and labour resources.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met
