Job summary

Qualifications

• Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher; Black Belt preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship building and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to lead and embed change across diverse operational environments.
• Confident working alongside frontline teams and leaders in fast-paced operational settings.
• Proactive, curious and customer-focused approach.
