Fulton Hogan Ltd in Christchurch seeks a Laboratory Aggregates Supervisor to lead the aggregates testing team. This hands-on role covers sample receipt, work allocation, testing, and final sign-off, reporting to the Laboratory Manager.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend/night work when needed. You will supervise Technicians, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining ISO17025 and IANZ standards.

Responsibilities

## Laboratory Aggregates SupervisorApply: Christchurch: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 28, 2026 (13 days left to apply): R27213**Mō te tūranga | About the role**We’re looking for a Laboratory Aggregates Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our aggregates testing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll keep workflow moving, support and develop technicians, and make sure testing is done safely, accurately, and on time. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, you’ll lead the Aggregates Team while staying close to the work itself. You’ll help keep the lab running smoothly from sample receipt and work allocation through to final sign-off, while working closely with the wider laboratory team to share resources where they’re needed most. This role is typically worked Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.
