Fulton Hogan Ltd in Christchurch, Canterbury, is seeking a Project Engineer to lead planning, delivery and reporting across civil infrastructure projects. You'll work with crews, subcontractors and clients to keep quality, cost and programme on track, solve issues quickly and foster a safe, collaborative site culture.

The role requires tertiary qualifications and 2+ years of project engineering experience on projects greater than $5M, with asphalt/pavement exposure.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and solid civil construction experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer on projects greater than $5M.
• Proven experience in asphalt, surfacing, pavements or broader civil construction.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and onsite resources to keep delivery on track.
• A strong safety focus and a practical, solutions-driven mindset.
• Confidence leading crews, resolving issues and making good calls under pressure.
