Fulton Hogan Ltd in Albany, Auckland, is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join the Ready to Respond - RFS team. You will lead a cyclic first-response crew across maintenance works on the Auckland North network, coordinating people, equipment, and materials to keep work moving.

This hands-on role includes emergency response, rostered shifts across AM/PM, and weekends. A strong safety-first mindset and the ability to read schedules are essential to success.

Qualifications

• A minimum Class 2 NZ Driver Licence.
• At least 2 years’ experience in RFS or cyclic maintenance; leading hand or team lead experience an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret work schedules and compliance standards.
• Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts up to 10–12 hours, plus weekends on roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your crew on planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Coordinate people, equipment, and materials to keep work moving.
• Ensure work is completed on time and to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Complete daily reports and related documentation accurately.
