Job summary

MCC in Auckland is seeking a finishing operator to work the 2:15 pm to 12:15 am shift, Monday to Thursday. You will operate a finishing machine to process and quality-inspect printed labels, joining an established, supportive team pivotal to our premium label solutions.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service as you contribute to MCC’s world-class production standards and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally labels.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to distinguish all colours.

Responsibilities

• Setting up the machine (loading print rolls, feeding material, adjusting blades and slicers).
• Recording basic machine operation data using a PC.
• Monitoring and maintaining the finishing machine with a strong focus on safety.
• Ensuring high-quality standards and maintaining quality assurance.
• Demonstrating dedication to exceptional customer service.
