Datacom is seeking a Knowledge Specialist to lead creation, refinement and delivery of high-quality technical documentation for a defined functional area. You’ll work with Development Specialists and stakeholders to analyse information, edit and standardise content, and ensure knowledge assets are accurate and accessible, aligned to contractual and operational requirements.
This role is based in New Zealand with flexibility for remote work.
At Datacom, we combine technology, expertise, and talented people to help organisations thrive in a rapidly changing world. As one of Australasia's leading technology providers, we work with customers across industries to solve real-world problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Whether we’re supporting governments, enterprise organisations, or growing businesses, we’re committed to creating meaningful outcomes for our customers, communities, and each other.

Working closely with Development Specialists and stakeholders, you will analyse technical information, edit and standardise documentation, and ensure knowledge assets are accurate, accessible and aligned to contractual and operational requirements. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of knowledge management frameworks, information architecture and content standards to enhance how information is shared and consumed across the organisation.
