Job summary

Wai Hospitality Group operates Public Italian Kitchen, Finz Seafood & Grill and Bella Cucina in Queenstown. We are hiring Kitchenhands for full-time permanent roles at our busy kitchens, with shifts across Monday to Sunday.

No experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. You will wash dishes, help with food preparation, keep areas clean and maintain food safety standards while contributing to a supportive, creative team with staff meals and accommodation options.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and keep the dish area clear
• Food preparation, assist in producing menu items to a high standard
• Store and label food correctly
• Cleaning all areas of the kitchen to a high standard
• Maintain standards for food safety in all food preparation areas
• Communication skills, with the ability to listen and follow instructions
• Notify Head/Sous Chef of any breakages or equipment
• Uphold standards and ensure compliance with regulations
