Job summary

Mitre 10 Kerikeri is locally owned and operated, renowned for our customer service. You’ll design and sell our kitchen and bathroom range, helping customers with makeovers and selecting flat-pack options, while also engaging in retail sales to keep you busy.

This 32-hour-per-week role includes one weekend shift and may involve public holidays. An ideal candidate will have a passion for service, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work on a roster with weekend days.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be trained on our Design Software.
• Growing sales by providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain high merchandising standards & manage stock.
• Bringing out of the box thinking for kitchen and bathroom design.
• Help with presentation of on the floor stock, and displays.
• Heavy lifting and physical movement are required.
• Promoting health and safety, ensuring safe work practices within your team at all times.
• Experience in a similar role will be beneficial, but attitude is king.

Mitre 10Kerikeri is locally owned and operated and renowned for our customer service.This role is within one of the key inspirational areas within our store with achance to really inspire our customers.

You’ll havethe opportunity to use your creative flair to design and sell our kitchen andbathroom range, helping our customer in all aspects of their kitchen/bathroommakeovers. Whether you are designing from scratch or selecting the rightflat-pack options, working in this department means really listening to ourcustomers so we can deliver the right solution. Retail sales play a big part inthis role to keep you busy too.

This is a 32 hour per week position,shifts will involve one weekend shift per week and may include publicholidays
