PlaceMakers in Hawke's Bay seeks a dedicated design and sales specialist for our HBK design showroom. You will maximise Heating, Bathroom, and Kitchen sales by delivering excellent service to Trade and Retail customers, helping them select products and providing product knowledge.

You will interact daily with customers, discuss design concepts, and contribute to in-store experiences while supporting stock, orders, and quick turnaround for dispatch.

Qualificações

• Experience designing kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, flooring and wardrobes.
• Strong customer service and sales experience with clear communication.
• Able to manage time and meet deadlines in a busy showroom environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take clear brief from clients and discuss kitchen/bathroom requirements.
• Discuss materials, themes, colours and layouts, and produce sketches for clients.
• Consulting with clients via phone and email.
• Build relationships with Trade and Retail customers offering product support.
• Support direct sales, pull orders, and maintain showroom aisles for Kitchens & Bathrooms.
• Merchandise showroom and assist stock tasks in HBK design showroom.
