Job summary

Halter is seeking a highly motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our Field Operations team. You will help monitor fleet performance, triage issues, and coordinate resolution while also designing internal tooling and dashboards to support a scalable global operating model.

You will collaborate with Field Engineers, Product, Deployment, and Customer Experience teams to improve detection, investigation, and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; able to break down ambiguous problems into next steps.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience with dashboards, tooling, and data workflows; comfortable with logs and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet performance and provide operational support for field operations.
• Triaging issues, coordinating with teams, and escalating as needed.
• Design and build internal tooling, dashboards, and automation to scale operations.
• Collaborate with Field Engineers, Product, Deployment, Customer Experience, and Software teams.
