Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking an entry-level IT support professional to be the first point of contact for client IT issues at sites in Palmerston North. You will handle face-to-face interactions, manage the ticket board, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.

You will complete daily timesheets, travel between sites, and contribute to a growing IT team with ongoing training and a range of benefits.

• Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow up until resolution.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Responsibilities
